We are in search of an intern for the entry position of Business Development Analyst/Researcher.

Being the BD Analyst Intern, you will gain experience in:

• Recruitment consulting and executive search;

• Teamwork and communications with field professionals when solving real business challenges for well-known client companies;

• Sourcing and headhunting techniques;

• Identification of new open positions in the market;

• Processing information on the identified positions and parttaking in drafting commercial offers;

• Presenting Company’s products and services (direct candidates search for C-level positions, IT teams recruitment, leadership programs)

• Customer engagement;

• Communication with Decision Makers, arranging meetings with prospective clients;

• Market research;

• Working with recruitment CRM system.

Successful candidate would be:

• a senior Bachelor or Master student;

• available for part-time work starting at 20 hours per week;

• fluent English speaker (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

• aimed at professional development in recruitment consulting;

• highly interested in B2B sales in Digital and IT;

• having experience of communication with Decision Makers.
