The company is growing rapidly and to support the growth, it is looking for a Data Analyst who will help the supply chain team by developing and optimizing the company's operational processes, as well as creating analytical tools that support these processes.

- Working with SQL, BI tools - you will be generating Data Marts, building supporting reports, calculating the necessary metrics, and creating various surveys.
- Communicating with the supply chain group - you will find issues and resolve them together to increase the efficiency of all steps of this chain.
- Analyzing logistics processes - there is a system that shows the products’ availability, quantity on different marketplaces and tracks the delivery dates. You will need to understand and analyze the data, be in context, and search for problematic issues.
- Creating showcases, dashboards, and regular reports on the main operational indicators related to the supply chain.
- Searching for data sources and generating the integration requirements for them.
- Good English skills: we want you to have at least an Upper-Intermediate level because you will be working with technical documentation and go through foreign internet resources.
- Tech-friendliness - you have experience in at least one of the popular BI tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc, and have at least basic knowledge of SQL.
- Structured thinking - you can structurize and describe the business processes and data models.
- Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
- Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up your own opinion - seriously, the company is looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor.
- Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.
- Excellent attention to detail – you are used to double-checking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
- Goal- & detail-oriented: you can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment without losing your goals and targets.
Not necessary but will be a plus:
- Education or working experience in Logistics.
- Basic knowledge of Python, pandas.
- Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
- Remote work. You may be located in any city, just need a good Internet connection.
- Flexible working hours - the company is located in Moscow but you just need to adjust your working schedule to have several overlapping working hours with the team.
