Pricing and Ancillary Services specialst / Nordwind Airlines

Nordwind Airlines is looking for a motivated, qualified and proactive person (born on 01.01.1995 and later) who commits himself/herself to support our multinational Moscow team.

We are looking for colleagues to join Pricing and Ancillary Services Team.

Our team is responsible for performing functional pricing work (setting revenue generating prices as a tactical decision in response to changing competitive market) and providing support on pricing-relevant matters to Nordwind Airlines head-office in Moscow.

Essential Functions

·       Determining price levels for all services that airline company offers (ticket prices, baggage fees, seat selection prices etc.)

·       Offering optimal price levels to the market that maximize revenue by considering different inputs such as product quality, competitor price levels, different passenger segments, fares structures and pricing strategies;

·       Developing, evaluating and executing pricing strategies and models based upon past data, current business, and competitive market dynamics;

·       Analyzing and interpreting data to generate key insights that drive pricing decisions;

·       Collaborating closely/ Partnering with Revenue Management Team for optimal revenue production;

·       Preparing pricing campaigns and reports/analyzing results of campaigns;

·       Research, analyze and conduct competitive pricing analysis for implemented and new Ancillary Services (seat selection, baggage, meal etc).

Other Functions

·       Regular monitoring of competitors’ levels on assigned routes;

·       Responding competitors’ pricing actions if needed;

·       Participating in project planning; contributing to strategic planning;

·       Exploring and offering tools which would stimulate additional revenue;

·       Following sectoral developments regarding pricing strategies and ancillary revenue services and offer improvement for both of them;

·       Improving work flows by analyzing and eliminating inefficient processes.

Requirements

·       Bachelors’ degree (in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, business analytics or related field);

·       Not more than 5 years after graduation;

·       A strong ability to lead analysis based on data;

·       Interest in logistics / airline industry;

·       Advanced English (B2 – C2)/ Russian in writing, reading, speaking is a must;

·       Ability to analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data;

·       Strong desire to learn company policies, pricing engine operations, relevant analysis and identify opportunities for improvement;

·       Excellent communication and computer skills;

·       Advanced level of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel

·       Flexible, creative and ready to take initiative;

·       Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
