Logistics Specialist (team assistant) / Hugo Boss

MAIN TASKS:

·         REGULAR REPORTING. International transit, incoming shipments, cross-dock flow;

·         CUSTOMER SERVICE. Providing Certificates and Declarations to clients;

·         IMPORT. Interacting with customs warehouse (jewelry), ensuring data flow (GTD, Chestny Znak codes);

·         TRANSPORTATION. Planning and ordering transport for deliveries and transfers;

·         WAREHOUSE. Coordinating 3PL operator services, informing about deliveries and pick-ups;

·         TRACK AND TRACE. Monitor National Catalogue, ensure merchandise data to match regulations;

·         TRACK AND TRACE. Being the key user of the track and trace solution, supervising codes flow;

·         Ensuring communication both cross-functionally within the company (Russia and European HQ) and externally;

·         Other tasks to help you rapidly gain strong logistics expertise.

WE NEED A PERSON WHO:

·         Has higher education (Logistics / Economics / Technical) or undergraduate;

·         Has min 1 year of the relevant work experience;

·         Has experience in interacting with national track and trace system (Chestny Znak);

·         Understand processes of import merchandise supply chain;

·         Understand the data exchange between supplier, 3PL service provider and customer;

·         Handles MS Excel functions confidently (to be tested during interview);

·         Has experience in using any ERP system (SAP is advantage);

·         Speaks and writes English (upper-intermediate level);

·         Has high work ethics, strong analytical mindset, well self-organized.
