Lattice Art Semiconductor CO., LTD. is an international integrated circuit company. Our HQ is in Chengdu, China. And we have offices in Hongkong, Taiwan, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
We design and sell chips to all over the world. We are good at high end power device design, semiconductor BCD process design, power IC design, high end assembly design, system and application development.
Our products are advanced power ICs with high efficiency, low EMI, high power density, including LDOs, bucks, boosts, buck-boosts, E-fuses, motor driver, IPM, IGBT, etc. They are widely used in electronic products, including PC, Smart phone, IP Camara, Server, E-Car, smart power meter, white goods, E-tools, etc.
As the business is ramping up fast and our products being sold globally, we think Russia will be one of our important markets in the future. We want to setup a branch office in Moscow. The office will serve as our marketing/RD center.
It is known that in HSE University there are good EE students. We’d like to incorporate with you to check if they are good to work with us. We will offer great compensation if they can meet our requirements and be our team member.
Design Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Read, analysis initial objective spec of a project.
2. Choose proper fab/process to start the design base on the project requirement.
3. Design circuit base on the spec. Run simulation to guarantee the design is on target.
4. Write design notes and reports to share with other designers and make layout
notes/instructions to layout engineers, supervise layout work.
5. Write test plan and communicate with test engineers to complete test program.
6. (after IC back) evaluate the IC with application engineers. Clarify the functions and
behaviors of the IC to application engineers so that they can understand the IC
performance.
7. (If the IC had bug). Thinking about all possible ways to debug and fix the bug by modify
the design.
8. Further support the project/product after mass production.
Requirements:
1. MSEE.
2. Good English in writing and speaking.
3. Strong interests in integrated circuit and fast learner.
4. OK to short term business travel to Hongkong/China mainland/Taiwan.
5. Good score in below courses:
a) Mathematics
b) circuit analysis
c) analog circuit analysis and design
d) digital circuit analysis and design
e) signal and system
f) semiconductor devices.
6. Design experience in Bandgap, oscillators, LDOs, LNAs or other circuits will be a plus.
7. Knowledges on power IC or switching power systems will be a plus.
