Sales/Technical Customer Specialist for Indian / Brazilian /German markets (remoted work with possibility to visit HQ office in Moscow)
GetCourse (GC) https://getcourse.io/ is a leading SAAS platform to create, sell and manage online courses. It is used by coaches, teachers, and e-learning businessmen to host seminars, training, and offline and online studies.
In Russia, GetCourse is the leading platform for the online-courses market. In 40 countries, we have 14 000+ clients who earned more than $600 mln in 2020 using GC. Inspired by its successful development in Russia, the GetCourse management team started its international growth.
We are currently looking for a Sales/Technical Customer Specialist to speed up our growth on Indian/Brazilian/German edtech/ infobusiness market.
Main responsibilities
Clients technical support:
- Consulting on the functionality and capabilities of the system
- Conducting training consultations via Skype (or Zoom) for new clients
- Conducting consultations and system settings according to client tasks:
- training structure setup
- setup business processes for schools
- mailing setting up
- setting up channels for traffic accounting using UTM tags
- analysis of sales and conversions binding the client's domain to our dns-server
work with CMS, HTML editing consulting on any aspect of the system
- Consulting users by phone
- Knowledge base support and expansion
Requirements
- local language native speaker & English Upper-intermediate (B2+)
- Readiness to learn and explore a sophisticated IT-platform
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Analytical mindset
- Attentiveness to details is essential
- Knowledge of CSS & HTML codes will be an advantage. Experience in working with complex SAAS tools is also a plus.
- Work in IT environment with entrepreneurship type of mind with a minimum of bureaucracy
- Possibility to combine your knowledge and experience of both local country & Russia
- Flexible working hours, possibility to start with part-time schedule (not less than 20 working hours per week)
