Internship programme (3 months) Simoleon Long-Term Value Limited.
Simoleon Long-Term Value Limited is a fund focused on investing in cryptocurrency and other blockchain-related assets. Simoleon is one of the business lines of Halcyon Global Opportunities - investment management company with over $750m in assets under management (halcyongo.com). We regularly offer three-month internship programs for students interested in obtaining practical knowledge. Many of our former interns have built successful careers in the field of finance and investments, and several have joined our team.
Responsibilities of an intern:
Ø Researching various sectors and projects in crypto market
Ø Gathering and analysing data on crypto assets and blockchains
Ø Generating new research ideas
Ø Presenting findings to the Investment Committee
Who should apply and what qualities we are seeking in a candidate:
Ø 3rd year students or above, preferably with a computer science / engineering / economics background
Ø Hard-working, self-driving, strong analytical skills
Ø Proficient user of Excel, Word and Power Point
Ø Good English skills: Intermediate or above
Ø Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and financial markets
Ø Financial / crypto experience is not required
Ø Programming skills and knowledge of computer science is an advantage
Ø Involvement in real business projects and communication with high-level specialists of a multinational company
Ø Flexibility: we offer part-time internship (20h per week) that allows to combine studies and work
