As a Product operation research trainee you will be responsible for:
· Collection complaints from customers on online platforms;
· Providing feedback to the R&D team in time, assist in locating and resolving problems, summarize them and repair progress of the products regularly, follow up the repair and update the status;
· Optimize the application store publicity materials and copywriting to improve the rate of app store.
· Students of senior courses, preferably specialist in engineering;
· To be interesting in technology / device / telecommunication industry;
· Strong command of English (upper-intermediate or above);
· Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage (HSK 5 or above);
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
· Working time: 5/2 since 9.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m;
· Duration of internship: 12 months(when internship program will be finished, you will get an opportunity for full-time employment offer) ;
· Location: Business center Krylatskiy Hills;
· Free drinks, fruits on Friday;
