Digital & E-com Junior Manager / Lacoste

The main task is to manage website superstep.ru, digital advertising control, and be responsible for key indicators growth. Main target is to grow CR (conversion rate).
Responsibilities:
· Leading website development, optimization, improvements projects
· UX/UI audit providing and setting tasks for developers team
· Reports creation by brands, seasons, gender, etc.
· Analytics reporting and suggestion of hypotheses based on them
· Testing on these hypotheses – implement them based on the results
· Ability to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (banner, context, mobile)
· Communication and digital marketing strategy development with agencies including foreign counterparts
· Feed structure understanding and API for integration with various partners
· It is important to be ready to work hard, because we are growing very fast.
· English - upper-intermediate or higher
Requirements:
· Perfect knowledge of Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica
· Must have a good knowledge of GTM, Data Studio
· Knowledge of setting up Google, Yandex, Criteo advertising cabinets (No need to set up, understand the basics)
· Advanced Excel
· Basic knowledge of HTML
· Knowledge of Figma, working with retailCRM and 1C Retail - will be an advantage
· Experience in the Fashion e-com segment is an even bigger advantage
· You know how to configure Power BI or who can make it? Another advantage for you
· English - upper-intermediate or higher
