Institute of Directors (Moscow office) is looking for a Consultant

Institute of Directors is an international consulting with HQ in London, Moscow and Kiev. IoD is working in both executive and non-executive search. We focus on Board level appointments, and have specialization in finding Chairmen, Chief executives, Finance and other Executive Directors, and Non-executive Directors. Our outlook, scope and experience are international. Our services also include Corporate services and Outsourcing. We are working closely with leading banking, trading companies,
manufacturing industries. Defining the right talent to lead an organization to success is generally known as hard task. You will work with highly professional people, i.e. colleagues and clients, in multinational environment. Responsibility:
As recruitment consultant you will be the interface between companies seeking to
recruit professional staff and professional staff seeking a new job or career.

As this process it will be your task to facilitate this exercise for both the employer and
the candidate and to satisfy both

As recruitment consultant you will meet clients and find out about their needs, as well as sell them our clients’ services.

The other part of your work is to find and meet candidates: you will assess them and find out the positions best matching their skills and personality.

Alternatively, you will also actively present them to existing and potential clients

Your job will be much of a sales job with a lot of interaction with people.

It is at the end of the day a people’s business and you will be successful if you manage to build for yourself a network of clients and candidates who will help you develop your business

Requirements:
Fluent English
Experience in team management
Higher education (a final-year student or a graduate)
Work experience in recruiting and/or consulting field will be an advantage.
