Junior Marketing Specialist, Mentor / Johnson & Johnson
Mentor business as a part of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist located in Moscow.
YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:
· collecting and analyzing data on market demand, competitor activities, end user prices, market shares etc.;
· proposal and implementing actions aimed to improve brand visibility, awareness, securing market share
· support with requests administration
Activities related to local websites:
· copy approval and implementing changes for HCPs and patients’ websites;
· managing list of marketing assets represented on the websites (video, brochures etc.);
· tracking Google analytics statistics and working on traffic and other metrics improvement.
Preparing marketing materials:
· ensuring that necessary brochures and other product related materials are translated, copy approved and updated in accordance with regional requirements;
· adapting locally videos provided by the region.
· translate global/regional activities where applicable
· provide transfer of product knowledge & expertise to the distributors sales teams
· support demo/sampling process
· control of budget related to the above mentioned activities
· collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
· Higher or incomplete higher education (preferred – in Marketing/Economics);
· Upper-Intermediate and above English (oral & written) is mandatory;
· Clear communication and ability to comprehensibly explain complex concepts;
· Able to take large amounts of data and translate information into actionable insights;
· Proactive, excellent in self-organizing, able to perform well in multiple time-bound tasks;
· Grammatically & stylistically correct Russian in both oral & written forms;
· Strong team player, conflict resolution skills;
· Hunger for learning and building new skills
