Law Clerk / Morgan Lewis
Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a Law Clerk to join its Moscow office. The successful candidate will join our practice of corporate business transactions and will primarily focus on M&A and corporate projects.
- Hold a degree from a Russian university (HSE, MGIMO or MSU) (studying at or having a degree of LLM program or prior work experience in a law firm is a plus).
- Good understanding of Russian corporate and contract law in the sphere of M&A and JVs.
- Excellent command of English, including legal terminology; ability to prepare documents in English, is a must.
- Experience doing due diligence and working on M&A transactions is a plus.
