Revenue manager / Nordwind Airlines
· Develop pricing strategy and price points for Nordwind Airlines on a leg-based revenue management system
· Assess market performance and initiate fare strategies to capitalize on strengths and mitigate challenges in assigned markets
· Monitor competitive fare activity and execute appropriate market-level responses based on market performance, quality of service, and company objectives
· Maintain awareness of internal and external factors that can influence demand and use these to inform pricing decisions
· Identify need for pricing actions based on booking trends and ticketing information
· Ensure that fares are pricing correctly in each distribution channel
· Help resolve pricing and fare filing errors
· Look for ways to improve use of pricing and analysis tools
· Participate in project planning, process updates; contribute to strategic planning
· Bachelors’ degree (in finance, mathematics, engineering, business or related field) or equivalent years of experience
· Advanced English/Russian in writing, reading, speaking is a must
· Experience in analysis and reporting, preferably in revenue management, pricing or related areas
· Ability to understand and interpret trends as reviewed in key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Ability to independently identify problem areas or revenue opportunities and generate quick, solid directional analysis for department leadership
· Superb technical skills – in depth knowledge of MS office suite - specifically Excel
· Ability to work in cross functional teams, maintain and manage relationships with internal/external constituencies
· Strong initiative and excellent communication skills
