What we do:
KPMG Track & Trace Group works with clients to align business processes, IT landscape and regular operations with requirements of Russian Obligatory Marking. Following the legal and other requirements of regulators, organizations need insight into the necessary changes to business processes, relationships with counterparties and customers. By combining practical experience with a solid academic background KPMG’s professionals can help develop a Track & Trace framework, methodology and full scope of to-be processes, as well as impose necessary IT landscape changes.

Responsibilities:
— Conducting interviews with employees of the Client organization;
— Analysis of current business processes and development of target business processes maps, complied with actual Russian legislation and best practices;
— Creation of test scenarios in accordance with the developed To-Be business processes of the company;
— Development of recommendations for the target IT architecture and data exchange schemes;
— Development of User Requirements Specifications (URS) for relevant IT systems;
— Development of logical data models displaying interconnections among various data groups;
— Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials.
— Providing clients recommendations on improvements in their ERP and Track and Trace systems.

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
— Higher education (degree preferably in finance, economics, management);
— Accuracy and willing to learn;
— Understanding of business processes (BPMN, EPCIS notations);
— General knowledge of IT landscapes, system integration protocols;
— Upper-intermediate English, fluent Russian in order to work with documentation, high level of accuracy;
— Advanced user of MS-Excel;
— Knowledge of MS-Project, MS-Visio is an advantage;
— Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage;
— Ability to go on business trips.
