Основные обязанности

  • Orders handling (inputting, tracing, mananging backorders, creating shipment documents, invoicing);
  • Communication with customers on questions related to product availability, estimated delivery dates, electronic documents, claims;
  • Coordinating with logistics department on distribution questions and delivery volumes for the timely shipment of orders;
  • Communication with other departments (sales, logistics, pricing, finance);
  • Handling call center calls and requests via Genesys;

Основные требования

  • 2+ year of relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with SAP is a must,
  • Advanced PC user (Good analytical skills (MS Excel knowledge on advanced level is a must)
  • Good communication, team player
  • Higher education
