- Orders handling (inputting, tracing, mananging backorders, creating shipment documents, invoicing);
- Communication with customers on questions related to product availability, estimated delivery dates, electronic documents, claims;
- Coordinating with logistics department on distribution questions and delivery volumes for the timely shipment of orders;
- Communication with other departments (sales, logistics, pricing, finance);
- Handling call center calls and requests via Genesys;
- 2+ year of relevant experience in Customer Service
- Experience with SAP is a must,
- Advanced PC user (Good analytical skills (MS Excel knowledge on advanced level is a must)
- Good communication, team player
- Higher education
