Trainee (Sales) / Henkel Russia (Kazan)


  • Project management based on regional needs/priorities under supervising by Regional Sales Manager and Regional Key Account Manager. Current situation analysis and action plan development in order to push effectiveness:
    • Internal information flow and cooperation between regional field team and KAM team in HQ
    • Collaboration with small local customer
  • Participation in meetings with sales department employees


  • University student (the latest courses), able to work 20-30 hours/week
  • Work experience is not required (as an advantage)
  • Advanced user: Power Point, Excel, Word
  • English: Intermediate and higher
  • Developed competencies/skills:
    • Decision making
    • Result oriented
    • Communication skills
    • Analytical skills
  • Readiness for further relocation within Russia (next career steps)
  • Desire to build a career, a keen interest to the field of sales.
