Analyst / Skolkovo Ventures

Skolkovo Ventures is looking for the Full Time Analyst to join our Investment department team, the business of which are capital raising or M&A advisory as well as providing technological strategy consultancy services for strategic investors and corporations.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform industry and company analysis

·       Support in preparation of presentations, pitch books, info memos and other investment materials

·       Build financial models

·       Conduct analysis of market and technology trends

·       Research, identify, and source new deal flow opportunities

·       Participating in consulting projects for large corporations

Requirements:

·       An ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience as an intern/analyst in VC / PE / BIG3 consulting / investment banking / BIG4 consulting

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a leading university

·       Ability to quickly structure mass amount of information and communicate complex ideas effectively

·       Strong problem solving and hypothesis testing skills

·       Strong hard-skills: building financial models from scratch, preparing presentations

·       Fluent English
