As an full-time team member, you will:

∙ Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance

∙ Perform market research reports

∙ Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, trading comparables and transaction comparables

∙ Build financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions

∙ Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing

∙ Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Investment Bank

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

∙ Prior work experience/internship at BIG-4 or well-recognized management consulting company or investment bank

∙ Bachelor degree is required, preferably with honors, in Economics, Finance or Accounting from a top-tier university

∙ CFA designation is a plus

DESIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS:

∙ Ability to handle high workload and work under pressure

∙ Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail

∙ Strong verbal and written skills in English

∙ Well-developed quantitative skills

∙ Presentation skills both verbal and written

∙ High level of energy and flexibility with a positive, team oriented “can-do” attitude

∙ Ability to manage expectations of senior bankers while working on projects simultaneously

∙ Strong interpersonal relationship skills are critical. Must have solid communication skills and a personal style conducive to building relationships

∙ Strong teamwork orientation, integrity, intellectual curiosity and dedication to providing the best product to clients
