Junior Specialist Corporates & Markets Support (Middle Office) / Commerzbank AG

Commerzbank AG is one of the leading banks in Germany, it has a strong international presence, with offices in 50 countries including Russia. In Moscow office we have a new open position - Junior Specialist Corporates & Markets Support (Middle Office).

Job purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Junior specialist in the Corporates & Markets Support is responsible for delivering support of operations maintained by Treasury Moscow and Capital Markets Moscow with clients, counterparty banks and other financial organizations, including:

• Life cycle management for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market (MM) trades done by Treasury Moscow and Capital Markets Moscow with clients, counterparty banks and other financial organizations;

• Execution of Master Agreements and individual agreements with the following counterparties: counterparty banks, the Central Bank of Russian Federation, the Moscow Exchange (Stock Exchange, National Settlement Depository, National Clearing Centre, Repository, etc.), NFA, NAUFOR, brokerage companies;

• Execution of FX, MM and Russian ISDA Master Agreements with corporate clients;

• Execution and support of FX Cash Exchange Agreements with employees of the Bank, incl. annual KYC update;

• Acting as the responsible unit for Moscow Exchange Group covering the following topics: provision of financials and information about the bank on a monthly basis; provision of the information on insiders (according to the Federal Law 224-FZ); registering Bank’s clients with the Repository (upon request);

• Acting as the responsible unit for counterparty banks: provision of financials on a monthly basis;

• Setting up trades of Commerzbank Transaction Services International and Local Credit Office Departments in Summit; adjusting the Fixed Income Sales trades in trading systems (in case of need);

• Cooperation with other Departments with regards to all activities relating to Treasury Moscow and Capital Markets Moscow;

• Opening trading accounts in the front-office systems (Murex, Summit);

• Exaction of payments under the contracts with external IT/Information providers;

• Control of the volume of client’s transactions within the limitations according to their foundation documents;

• Execution of clients KYC checks.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Economics/Finance/Legal) or last year student with ability to work full time;

• Fluent English (speaking, writing);

• Knowledge of Capital Markets products & services;

• Knowledge of Russian banking system;

• Knowledge of the common trading and counterparty static data systems (Summit, eBlotter, Murex, ISIS / AOP);

• Proactive communication skills;

• Spacious mind.

Fixed term contract for 1 year with possible prolongation.
