Researcher, Junior Recruiter / Vivid

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to transform ideas into detailed and thought-through concepts, work closely with developers, analysts and researchers to constantly improve the digital part of the product.

What you'll do:

• Candidate search and CV screening
• Screenings (short interviews)
• Coordinating interview process
• Establishing relationships with candidates
• Being engaged in other HR activities

What you'll need in order to be successful:

• Higher education or last year of study
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Service orientation and customer focus
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and react flexibly to changes
• Intermediate level of English both written and verbal
