Corporate Development Associate

The Сorporate Development team sits at the very core of Vivid and makes an impact
through strategic transactions execution, investor relations, and complex problemsolving. The team partners closely with founders, investors, and business leaders throughout Vivid to identify the right issues to solve and ensure the strategy execution for long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:
• Structuring and analyzing data, working closely with legal & tax consultants,
corporate secretaries
• Participation in corporate transactions and deals
• Supporting team projects (M&A, corporate restructuring, building internal
corporate processes, etc.)
• Supporting the team with day-to-daily inquiries
What you’ll need to be a successful candidate:
• Bachelor and master university degree (preferably) in Law/Finance
• Understanding of corporate law principles
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Critical thinking
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills as a must
• Professional curiosity and empathy towards stakeholders' need
• 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably) in ILF/RULF or VC
