АДМИНИСТРАТОР ПРОЕКТА / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and SALES) / РОСАТОМ
Working as part of a team on regional business development activities (regions – CIS, Europe, Latin America):
· Comprehensive support of area managers in their project management activities;
· Projects coordination: keeping control of assignments, monitoring of dates, working with project management software, drafting presentations on the project status, etc.
· Comprehensive administrative support and meeting minutes keeping;
· Workflow management, document and assignments control through corporate records systems in a close cooperation with Rosatom back-office;
· Market intelligence activities: market sizing and regional analysis, industry and business analysis, processing and analyzing a vast range of information from different sources. Working with databases. Preparing analytical presentations for the internal customers and Rosatom management.
· Purchase and procurement assignments;
· Assignments with close cooperation with technical, commercial, legal, procurement and other services;
· Preparing sales presentations and materials for the customer;
· Business & corporate correspondence (in Russian and English);
· Other activities without being bound to any particular country / region.
· Completed higher education, majoring in economics, business administration, international relations, political science, other;
· The following experience is highly desired:
· writing official letters, speaking notes,
· Understanding of energy sector and business fundamentals, political trends;
· Strong analytical skills, ability to use various marketing tools and analytics, ability to work with large amount of data;
· Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills;
· Good writing skills both in Russian and English (incl. business English);
· Proficient user of Microsoft office, esp. Power Point;
