Launch Strategy β "Why influencers were locked up?"
The main idea of the launch according to Sanzhar's idea was to unite 4 bloggers in 1 house and train them as a Traffic Manager
The goal of bloggers: to master the profession "Traffic Manager" and make $4,000 per 2 weeks only by setting up targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Blog and popularity cannot be used
Our goal: to train bloggers, launch our course to their audience and sell $100,000 in 3,5 weeks
In order for bloggers to have more motivation, we rented them an old unattractive apartment on the 1st floor. They had to earn money and get out of there!

Start of the project β Pre-launch
2 bloggers took part in Instagram house with their boyfriends, two more took part alone. In order for the launch to be successful, I started thinking about how we could properly convey their content in stories to the event (settling in a shared house).
We needed not only to maintain activity, but also to increase it and increase audience involvement. Therefore, I have prescribed a pre-launch script for each blogger

In the first house (old apartment), bloggers made $2,500 and moved to a new beautiful apartment, in which we continued our launch
Bloggers showed every their step in stories (IG). The audience actively reacted to content and was involved in the topic of advertising in social networks. It meant only one thing - we're on the right trackπ
How we conducted the IG-house project
Every day, Sanzhar and I wrote a plan for stories the next day for bloggers in the evening. We discussed and adjusted the launch strategy a lot.
At 11:00 a.m. we came to bloggers and at 12:00 p.m., according to the rules, we had a meeting where bloggers received a plan for stories. Next, we conducted analytics on the activity and involvement of followers. We spent the whole day with them, helped with shooting and laying out stories, came up with ideas for launch
It was one of the most interesting projects and we were all very friendly
Launch - actively show the product
Throughout the project, audience activity was high, Mika and Diana's coverage increased by 2-3 times. + they overtook each other's audience
Reactions to questionnaires at the time of transition to active product demonstration - 68%
This was a signal that the audience likes the content and product. We expected a 10% conversion into sales from an interested audience
Then I organized an event for our students and graduates of our course with Sanzhar.
At the event there were only traffic managers who already earn from $1,000-$2,000 per month on their services. We invited our 4 bloggers to this event and presented our product to their followers
The event was incredibly cool! We have formed a community of our students and graduates and launched our course for new students. Everything went as we planned
Opening of sales
Then we moved on to the stage of demand testing. All our bloggers called on followers who want to get into the course to write to Sanzhar in direct "Why do they need an intensive target?" In fact, we made the audience literally beg us to open sales and received more than 2,000 messages in dm
We also recorded 4 introductory videos about the traffic manager profession. These videos were on the site and were used for retargeting
4 separate sites were used for sales analytics, each was connected by Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics. The average conversion from an order to a sale is 65%
