About me

Hello!   There are many examples in our livelihood when people died because of a shot. I feel this is not reasonable, not mandatory and nobody's interested. By way of instance, in military journalism, if you direct a group, you've got a photographer, a mixer with you, by way of example, you work in a calm village that's under fire, you need to understand - you are accountable. For yourself, for the photographer you attracted there, for the fixer that has a family, children and his life, for the civilians you took out of their cellars and who you put at risk. I graduated in the Faculty of Philology, majoring in Journalism, after I defended my thesis. I work in media https://freeradio.com.ua/,  a project that operates as a totally independent radio channel in Donbass. I consider myself an ordinary reporter, for whom the livelihood is sometimes favorable. At times, I find myself in very interesting places, since it occurs. Can I consider myself an adventurer? Yes. Yes, and it occasionally turns me on very far.

But generally, in livelihood it is not even madness that is essential, but on the contrary - adequacy. If you're going somewhere, you need to have adequate training, should you communicate with a not quite decent person, then in this pair you should be the most secure. The danger is sufficient, it's desirable to see that no photograph, no text, no Pulitzer Prize is well worth a human life, neither , nor somebody else's.

The most important question is how to combine hard work and sport. In the day it seems that you just get tired, but mostly the mind, not the body. And when you take this simple fact, you easily go to the fitness center, and there that the entire body gives all the power that has collected throughout the day. I've been going to the gym because I was 16, and I've been practicing there for 2 years without fractures. Next, because of expeditions, two years of instruction fell out of my entire life, and eventually the body informs me that it doesn't have enough stress. I went back to the gym, dropped 6 kg, began to set myself a wide range of ambitious goals - to attain 6 kg of muscle mass in three months or burn 7 kg in the summer period. Gradually returned to me sports excitement, and at precisely the same time it applies to get the job done.
