Sei Network Atlantis Program
Atlantis is a career development programme created by the Sei community.
There are 6 roles in the programme, each with requirements for the role and opportunities available for the holder of the role.

Seilor
Who can join?
• Anyone who log on to the server in Discord and are verified.
Requirements:
• Join Discord & Telegram
• Participate in Discord
Benefits: • Become part of the best DeFi community in Cosmos
Crew
Who can join? • Seilors that are Level 7 in Discord.
Requirements: • Like, share, RT & follow posts from official Sei ecosystem accounts and any account mentioning Sei.
Benefits:
• Access to the public team resources for education
• Follow the progress of Sei as the ecosystem scales
• Learn about each major project coming over from Solana, Terra, NEAR
Officer
Who can join? • A member who has reached level 7 in discord, made content, and filled out a form
Requirements:
• Aquarius emoji next to the Twitter and Discord name.
• Content creation
- simple posts
- repurposing content from the official documentation
- sharing announcements
- articles/guides translation
• Daily engagement with the community
- answering questions in Discord/TG/Twitter/Reddit
- helping community members in education
Benefits:
• Access to exclusive core team DeFi resources
• Opportunity to head up a Sei sub-DAO (regional group)
• Access to alpha (Loom videos, etc.)
• A chance to win Sei tokens
Captain
Who can join? • Best Officers according to Captains. At the end of the month opens a form for officers who can fill it to qualify for the role of captain, to do this you need to submit 5 high-quality work done on the role of an officer
Requirements: • Managing the “Sei Daily” channel which highlights the best things created by the Sei community
• Creating educational content
• Article/Guide translation
• Creating TikTok/Youtube content
• Writing documentation (tutorials, guides, articles)
• Proactive and helpful in public discord/telegram
• Regional community leadership
• Proactiveness in private discord channels
• Weekly calls with someone from the Sei core team and Admirals.
• Looking for opportunities to collaborate with other communities
• If Captains are interested in doing something else, they are encouraged to propose those activities
Benefits:

• Bounty Board
• Credited Exposure - ambassadors would have their work broadcasted to a broader audience, retweets, accreditations, etc. AKA Sei Tweets or Discord exposure

Major
Who can join? • Best Captain according to Major. At the end of the month opens a form for captain who can fill it to qualify for the role of major, to do this you need to submit 5 high-quality work done on the role of an captain
Requirements:
• Responsible for Captains and Officers - giving direction, evaluation, coordination, and scaling
• Quality check the Majors and Captains and demote if necessary
• Working closely with Admirals
• Providing feedback that’s beneficial to Sei’s ecosystem.
• Brainstorming fresh ideas on how to scale the community
Benefits:
• Potential callouts from Sei Twitter + Discord to get exposure
• Opportunity to head a Sei sub-DAO
• Grants for external training that is aligned with Admiral’s skillset and career trajectory

Admiral
Who can join? • Best Majors according to Admirals.
Requirements: • Full-time work in the Sei ecosystem
How to get role "Crew" fast?
There are three tips with which you can reach level 7 faster.
- Write long messages. You will get more XP for large messages.
- Write messages at 30-second intervals. If the interval will be more than 30 seconds, the experience will not be accrued.
- When you check your level on the server #level-checker command /rank click on the button "Vote for 10% boost", you can use the function every 12 hours.
Mistakes that beginners make
1. Forgot to mark the project and put hashtags
I'll give you an example below of what not to do
I suggest adding hashtags like #seilors, #sei, #seinami, #seiyes, #IBC, #cosmos, #DeFi, #blockchain #seilors, #sei, #seinami #seinetwork to your tweets, and tag @SeiNetwork
2. Only works for the current month in the current role status are accepted. If you made a very nice video when you were promoted from Crew to Officere, and you fill in a Captain form in the same month, use that video. If it's last month's work, you can't use it.
3. Create content in advance. A person who did all five jobs on the last day for the sake of filling out a form is not needed by the project.
4. Be active in the discord chat room.
5. Don't send links to other people's work when you fill out the form.
Absolutely all the work must be yours.
