• When purchasing coins, the limit for participation in Allocations will not decrease for the entire promotion period
• Limit for participation in Allocations is not reduced when selling a Client package worth $50 through the marketplace
• The license limit for participation in Allocations (purchased during the promotional period) is standard - $2000

Income from each even License sold to partners in the 1st line is distributed as follows:

• $250 — credited to the direct sponsor's account
• $100 — credited to the prize fund pool for weekly drawings and the Jackpot

For each even-numbered partner in the 1st line, the sponsor receives 1 vote to participate in 2 draws (for detailed information, see the Draw Rules section):

• $350 drawing weekly
• $2000 drawing to buy iPhone 15 Pro Max 1Tb weekly

Income from each even License sold to partners in the 1st line is distributed as follows:

• $100 — to cover the expenses of TRS
• $100 — credited to the direct sponsor's account

The more votes, the more $350 gifts will be drawn:
1 gift worth $350 for every 10 votes

Weekly drawing of $2000 for the purchase of iPhone 15 Pro Max 1Tb

The more votes, the more iPhones worth $2000 will be given away:
the number of gifts depends on the amount in the prize pool.

Please note: votes are participating into a weekly drawing and do not “carry over” to the next week.
To participate in the Jackpot draw, all votes are summed up for the entire Promotion period.

• The director receives 15 certificates (13 basic + 2 in honor of the birthday)
• The Director's sponsor receives 2 certificates (1 basic + 1 in honor of the birthday)

Having sold the Director's package, the partner receives 1 vote to participate in the drawing of a gift worth $350 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1Tb worth $2000.

The partner who purchased the Director's package receives 3 votes to participate in the drawing of a gift worth $350 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1Tb worth $2000.

For the period of the Promotion when the Director's package is sold personally or by a team member, D3 and D6 partners receive folowing bonuses:

D3 — gets $210 (instead of $360 — the difference is added to the prize pool)
D6 — gets $210 (instead of $360 — the difference is added to the prize pool)
The direct bonus for selling a Director's license remains unchanged.

• The drawing date is - March 25, 2024.
• The Jackpot amount is the difference between the total amount of the weekly pool and the raffled gifts worth $350, iPhone 15 Pro Max 1Tb worth $2000. But not less than $10,000
• Each partner who has accumulated 12 votes or more participates.
  Every 12 votes - one place (chance) to participate in the Jackpot drawing.
  The number of seats is unlimited: 24 votes - 2 seats, 36 votes - 3 seats, etc.

Votes are counted in the following order:

• Every second sale of a Trading Robotic System worth $250 gives 1 vote (1 out of 12 required)
• Every second sale of a $350 Basic License grants 1 vote (1 out of 12 required)
• A partner receives 3 votes for purchasing a Director's License worth $2,700 (3 out of 12 required)
• A direct sponsor of a partner who purchased a Director's package worth $2,700 receives 6 votes (6 out of 12 required)

Options for participating in the Jackpot drawing:

• A partner who personally sold 2 Director's licenses during the promotion period
• A partner who personally received 12 votes or more during the promotion period
• A partner who received 6 or more votes + sold 1 Director’s license
• A partner who purchased the Director's package + personally received 9 votes
