The magnum opus of Krasnodar-based producer and Fuselab founder Evgeny Shchukin aka FMSAO delves deeper into his sonic world through psychedelic dub, off-kilter dance music, and his signature lo-fi ambient pieces on the gargantuan two-hour album ‘Ультимэ (Ultimae)’.
In addition to his hyperpop project WOLS, as well as Cossack folklore low-end reinterpretations for Aisha Devi’s Danse Noire on Narcissi duo, Evgeny Shchukin has cut his teeth on ambient and drone fields for three releases under his FMSAO moniker. The curator of Fuselab and passionate collaborator Shchukin invited the label family to breathe a new life into his unique sound and cross-pollinate the sonic map of the community in multiple directions.
