Balance, Equity - what does the MetaTrader4 terminal talk about?

Balance is an indicator that displays the amount of cash on the trader’s trading account. "Balance" does not take into account profit or loss on open transactions, but only records the available funds.

Equity or Current profit (or loss) from each transaction in the account currency. The Equity indicator takes into account the current results of open orders; the total result of all operations in monetary terms (profit or loss) is displayed. It's ok when equity indicator is around 20-30%.

Red color and a minus indicator do not necessarily mean its loss. IN such moments, orders are waiting for their closure plus! In case of closing the transaction in profit, the corresponding window is highlighted in blue.

The level of profitability by days or any other specified intervals displayed for each pair in the "History" section
