Lutsk distillery sold for 108 million hryvnias

During the auction, the price of the lot increased fivefold

Separate property of Lutsk state enterprise "Ukrspirt" located in Lutsk on Kovel Street, 67 and 11 Zheleznodorozhnaya Street was sold for five times more than the starting price.
Recall that at the beginning of the year the State Property Fund announced the sale of the property. The auction was scheduled for March 30. The starting price was UAH 20,693,326.84 without VAT.
The maximum bid at the auction was 108 478 968 UAH from "AS INVEST GROUP" LLC. Other bidders offered from 20.7 to 54.7 million UAH. A total of 5 participants took part in the auction.
The list of property for sale consists of 1024 items of buildings, equipment, movable and other property.
AS INVEST GROUP" LLC is registered at the address: Lviv, Shevchenko district, 111, Shevchenko street, office. 508. The main business activity is production of fruit and vegetable juices.
Earlier the company wanted to buy a separate property of Khorostkivske place of activity and storage of alcohol GP "Ukrspirt", but did not win the auction.
