Staffing manager
Allegians is a company founded by ex-Delivery Club, VK, Avito, EPAM lead guys. We develop IT products in different directions and plan to become a key player in the UAE market. The head office is located in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Drive staffing of projects at outsourcing company;
- Maintain the list of open positions to track progress;
- Search for candidates using all our staffing channels - recruiting agencies, recommendations and companies;
- Preparing candidates CVs;
- Organizing technical interview and gather feedback;
- Report on staffing status to management.
Experience with:
- 3+ years IT experience or Recruitment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities;
- Good understanding of modern IT landscape – major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks.
