Bug fixes and new features for 17.01-21.01 amoCRM Global

Hi partners, here are the bug fixes and new features for 17.01-21.01:

WHATSAPP FOR SMALL BUSINESS (MULTI-DEVICE)

1. Added support for audio messages and mp4 files.

CARD

1. Fixed the bug where messages from different conversations were displayed in the same block in the card feed. They are now displayed in separate blocks.

SALESBOT

1. Fixed an issue where SalesBot would overwrite existing phone and email fields' values. New values are now correctly added to the existing ones.
2. Added new conversation-based conditions:

• Conversation closed/open status
• Conversation read/unread status
• Conversation type

3. Added sorting by creation date (new to old) in the Settings -
Communication Tools

4. The New NPS event is now logged on behalf of the user who initiated the NPS bot

5. If NPS is disabled, the "Conversation Closed" event is now logged on behalf of the user who closed the conversation

6. Added the import/export support for "Generate Form" and "Send email" blocks

7. Added new SalesBot templates: "Follow up on unresponsive clients" and "Satisfaction bot"

DIGITAL PIPELINE

1. Added the ability to display several Facebook connection errors in the interface.

IOS

1. Added the "View Comment" button for Instagram Comments
2. Fixed an issue with replying to an incoming email where the user's email address would be put into the To: field.

ANDROID
