No, Progressive will accept you as a new customer and your information will remain the same, but we will be asking if you've had insurance before. Then our computer system will automatically determine if it is available and you will be taken off hold, thus placing you on the policy.

No, you do not need to renew this policy if you've never had insurance.

If you have paid your bill in person or by calling and were told that no payment was allowed in person, the bank will not accept cash at this time.
If you paid by credit or debit card, a receipt from the payment service provider will need to be provided. This will be printed out from the payment service provider website. Note the amount paid and the account number.
What is a chargeback?
Your bill will contain a statement stating:
"A chargeback from your bank or credit or debit card company has been processed. A full refund is available by calling 1-866-942-2345."
This will be located in the upper right corner of the screen. If you do not see this statement, you have not gone through the correct procedure for refunding your payment.
How do I use my JCPenney credit card online?
Once you have successfully entered your account information, a login window will appear. Click the button "Continue" and the login is complete. Note: If you see a password dialog box, do not enter your personal information; instead, save your username and password.
Does Progressive Insurance have a grace period for payment?
