1) First, you should respond to the negative review you planned to remove. If you haven't done so, go to your Etsy shop, select the review, and click "Post a public response" Generally, you should mention that you have resolved the buyer's issue. For example: "Resolved. Please check private message on Etsy."
2) Go https://www.etsy.com/your/orders
Find the client by typing the order ID or nickname in the top right corner.
3) Click on the name to open a drop-down menu. At the bottom, you'll see the customer's email address. Send it to me on Telegram.
4) On the same page, click the ellipsis icon (the 3 dots) and select "Print"
5) Select all the boxes as shown in my screenshots and click "Print order."
Etsy will generate a PDF file with your order. Download it and send it to me via Telegram.
