Here are the step by step procedures for removing archive pages from Search results using Yoast SEO plugin but you must make sure you’re using the latest version of the SEO plugin:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel

2. Go to Yoast SEO plugin on your WordPress menu tab.

3. Under the SEO plugin, select the Settings tab.
