• Reboot the computer- this is very common step is important for the fixation.it can be due to the temporary glitch so before proceeding to any other troubleshoot try to reboot the computer and check if it installs or not.

• Free disk space- extremely low disk space, can also result in not installing of the space.so make sure that the user deletes the other files in other to make space for new installed app.
• Check 64-bit compatibility- Apps are of two types 36 and 64 bit so 32 bit app will only run in 32 but computer and likewise. So it is advised to check the bit size and install the all the software. But in case you are not sure then user can easily test that or can visit Computer technical support.
• Uninstall the previous software- many times old versions installed in the computer result in causing the issue when user tries to install the latest release. If the user is still not able to install the properly then go to the settings then visit the app and go to the apps and feature and uninstall all the programs.
• Review all the Antivirus settings- at times user can antivirus software can prevent in installing the software. So to solve this disable all the notifications from the software and now try to install the software.
