1. As mentioned in the policy, the domestic flight passengers are allowed to make changes to their reservations but before the departure.
2. Also, if the changes are made to domestic reservations within 1-12 hours of the departure then, 30 percent will be applied to the reservations.
3. However, if the changes are made before 12 hours or more before departure then, 10 percent of the flight change fee will be applied.
4. Further, domestic reservations can be changed to domestic routes only.
5. In case, if the passenger opts for an upgrade then, an additional charge will be applied.
6. And in case of international flights, the flight change fee and will be dependent on the route.
7. Lastly, in no case, flight change will be offered if only 1 hour is left for the departure of the flight.
