- Performance Management;

- Organizational Development;

- Training and Development;

- Compensation and Benefits;

- Legal Compliance;

- HRIS, COO.

Qualifications:

- Preferable degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels;

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Language requirements: Uzbek, English, preferable Russian.
