CRM expert main tasks and duties:
- Choosing a suitable software and deploying the software in the organization
- Establishing sincere and appropriate communication with other departments of the organization and providing necessary training to the employees of each department to work with the software
- Registering all customer information in the software
- Analyzing customer information and categorizing them and providing necessary reports
- Providing solutions to convert low-value customers into high-value customers
- Providing solutions to increase the rate of renewing customers
- Help Marketing unit to launching customer club concepts in company
- Setting up portals to increase leads
- Providing solutions to turn leads into opportunities
- Designing strategy for digital marketing campaigns
- Providing solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assessing the needs of customers to improve services and develop the product portfolio
- Continuous review of social networks and company websites and providing solutions for improvement
CRM expert requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of CRM
- Having a valid university degree in one of the fields of marketing, commerce, public relations, entrepreneurship, strategy
- Getting to know the concepts of negotiation principles and techniques
- High public relations and effective communication with others
- Full familiarity with account management concepts
- Detailing and the ability to statistically analyze data and find patterns
- Complete familiarity with Micrasoft office
- Ability to design marketing campaigns
- Getting to know the concepts of market research
- Ability to design customer attraction strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts
- Good in English
