SUEZ is looking for a Network Modelling Specialist 

Position Summary:Responsible for modeling water distribution and sewer collection systems for master planning projects, support for preliminary and final designs, supports management by providing expertise to ensure that delivered projects meet organizational expectations.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. In coordination with the project team produce all analysis, calculations, documentations required in the frame of the project Scope of Works (data collection and review, field verifications, field measurement campaigns, model constructions/calibration, preparation of reports, drawings, study of scenarios, economic forecast).
2. Assist the Team Leader in monitoring progress, evaluation results and identification and resolution of constraints.
3. Participate in the production of all deliverables (study intermediate and final reports, progress reports, ensure their submission in due time).
4. Provide training sessions when necessary.
5. Regularly collaborates with project key personnel to provide advice and guidance if necessary.
6. Communicate with client, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates, establishing professional relationships and ensuring delivery of the results.
7. Attend final inspections and recommend acceptance or rejection of completed works.
8. Represents the Organization on matters within the competence of the Incumbent.
9. Ensure high standards of HSE in the planning and execution of operational tasks.
10. The job description is not exhaustive and may assume additional tasks within the competence of the incumbent.

Qualifications:

1. Chartered Civil Engineering with master’s degree or equivalent with a speciality on water management/hydraulic systems.
2. 15 years general experience
3. 10 years’ experience with International reputed organization in participating to major water supply/sewage projects in Central Asia, including Master Plan studies on large cities.
4. Proficiency on hydraulic modelling activities
5. Experienced with temporary measurement devices on water networks.
6. General knowledge of water utilities assets and organization

8. Good interpersonal skills.

10. Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and able to successfully execute simultaneous tasks.
11. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Russian, Uzbek, Turkish and/or Farsi is a plus.
