We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the Sello Logistics app, focused on B2C and C2C delivery services. As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive the success of our logistics services within the Sello Superapp ecosystem.
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear product vision and strategy for the Sello Logistics app, aligned with the overall business goals and customer needs. Identify market trends and opportunities to continuously enhance the app's features and capabilities.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to create and prioritize the product roadmap. Define and communicate the product backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of priorities and deliverables.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and perform market analysis to identify user pain points, needs, and preferences. Utilize insights to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize the user experience.
- Feature Definition and Documentation: Define detailed product requirements and specifications for new features or enhancements. Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate product concepts and functionality.
- Agile Development: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders. Facilitate the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. Continuously monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and customer support teams. Solicit feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Work closely with the QA team to define acceptance criteria, conduct product testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features. Monitor user feedback and actively address any issues or bugs that may arise.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven organization, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
- Strong understanding of B2C and C2C delivery services, logistics operations, and last-mile delivery challenges.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Additional certifications in product management or agile methodologies are a plus.
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, React, iOS & Android
