Air Products is looking for a Finance Controller

As the Finance Controller you will:

1. Contribute in achieving Operating Plan targets: month-end close review, results reporting, major factor preparation and analysis of monthly results and forecasting;
2. Prepare the monthly/quarterly report package;
3. Quarterly formal forecasts for fiscal year;
4. Preparation of the yearly Operating Plan;
5. Develop “bottoms-up” Plan;
6. Provide analysis on major operational / commercial projects – customer profitability, price/margin analysis, new business profitability analysis;
7. Develop thoughtful analysis of onsite plant performance, highlighting deviations to plan/forecast;
8. Monitor capex and facilitate cost control of the supply chain and plant operations;
9. Ownership of the “Cost to Serve” standards;
10. Work with team to support identification of productivity programs, measuring impact/performance.

You will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree and/or financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA);
2. Proven finance experience in operational analysis, covering the full P&L;
3. Proven experience in FP&A function;
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Strong ability in business case calculation Profitably is crucial;
6. Previous experience/ taking part in SAP implementation or SAP improvement programs would beneficial;
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with all levels within the organization including senior management and other functions;
8. Languages: Russian and English.
