Looking Database Administrator

TBC uz - digital bank, reports. to: Head of IT Ops Center of Expertise (Deputy CTO).

Main responsibilities:

1. Install and maintain the performance of database servers;
2. Develop processes for optimizing database security;
3. Set and maintain database standards;
4. Manage database access;
5. Performance tuning of database systems;
6. Install, upgrade, and manage database applications;
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors;
8. Recommend and implement emerging database technologies;
9. Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards;
10. Automation of repeating database tasks;
11. Be available for on-call support as needed;
12. Responding in a timely manner to user-reported errors;
13. Protecting the database against threats or unauthorized access;
14. Ensuring that the database is adequately backed up to be recovered in the event of data loss;
15. Performing periodical test restoration of the database.

Main requirements:

1. Advanced certification as an MCDBA or MCSD for .NET is advantageous;
2. Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL, Oracle Database and PostgreSQL;
3. Proficiency in PL/SQL language, RMAN, Oracle Data Guard technology and Oracle RAC;
4. Experience in Oracle Cloud Control is advantageous;
5. Maintaining an awareness of trends and developments in database administration;
6. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
