Looking Application Support Admin

TBC uz - digital bank, reports. to: CIO.

Main responsibilities:

1. Monitor the software application, document and analyze problems;
2. Work closely with vendors to tune and troubleshoot problems;
3. Maintain system documentation;
4. Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with vendors and clients, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments;
5. Set up administrator and service accounts;
6. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes;
7. Enable best practices;
8. Process automation.

Main requirements:

1. Programming background;
2. Experience with client-server model;
3. Hands-on experience with JSON, XML and other data interchange format;
4. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, GIT, ORACLE DB;
5. Experience with Azure Devops (Autodeploy, CI/CD and etc), Docker is preferrable;
6. Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications;
7. Hands‐on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency and effectiveness.
