Responsibilities

1. Financial reporting

• Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across countries.
• Data consolidation and final review of reports.​​​​​​

2. Control functions

• Reconciliation of the credit portfolio and provisions.
• Cash reconciliation and verification of bank statements.
• Ensuring financial data accuracy and transparency.

3. Audit and compliance

• Development and implementation of internal audit procedures.
• Interaction with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

4. Multi-country accounting and reporting

• Optimization of financial processes across multiple countries.
• Adaptation of financial reporting to local and international standards.

Key requirements

• Strong background in banking and lending is a must.
• Qualification certifications: CFA or ACCA are a must.
• Extensive knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation, and audits.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in international companies, preferably with multi-country exposure, is a advantage.
