We are looking for a SMM Manager to serve as part of the PR Team. This position reports to the Head of SMM and works in close collaboration with the rest of the PR team by defining and implementing marketing strategy, specifically responsible for distribution social media strategy and content for Dyninno group. Ideal candidates are SMM professionals with experience and proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape – including content creation, building and engaging with communities, social media reporting, planning and execution of promo campaigns, understanding emerging technologies & platforms, and a passion for testing and learning. We will deeply appreciate candidates who will be flexible in their workstyle, able to easily adjust to changing priorities, and a team player who can solve problems to meet organizational goals.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

1. Experience 2+ years in related positions in social media;
2. Proven history of building brand reputation, awareness and audience engagement through social media;
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), audience and how each platform can be used to foster engagement;
4. Basic knowledge of visual editors;
5. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics of social media, including basic knowledge of Google Analytics;
6. Advanced knowledge of English, Knowledge of Russian – welcomed;
