Looking for a cool HRD

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and energetic HR Director to partner with executive leaders to define our HR Strategy, agree on organizational structure, form company values, build high performing teams and optimize the functions. This exciting opportunity will allow you to participate in creating the first unicorn in Uzbekistan from the very beginning of its formation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Form the star team recruiting first employees while ensuring talent density
  2. Create the HR function from scratch, drive design and implementation of HR Strategy, take care of our HR brand
  3. Lead central HR functions (Recruitment, HR admin, Comp&ben, L&D) and HRBPs in the business verticals
  4. Be part of the senior leadership team, participate in decision-making regarding organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
  5. Make contributions to the business strategy, ensuring that the HR agenda supports the business plans and objectives
  6. Drive employee learning and development throughout the year by ensuring coaching, mentoring and timely feedback for every employee
  7. Coach business leaders on people related matters including recruitment, talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics
  8. Be responsible for managing talent pool, coach and develop people managers throughout the company
  9. Be the gatekeeper of our corporate values, make sure we hire, work and fire by them
  10. Facilitate effective communication, collaboration and engagement across all areas of the business

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of HR operations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development or related experience
  2. You have a proven track record of creating, leading and developing HR team, preferably for a large international company. Experience in Internet industry is a plus
  3. You are a highly skilled operator who has had experience scaling teams for a fast growing, extremely successful, global technology business. M&A integration experience is a strong plus
  4. Working knowledge of HRIS Systems, experience in defining business requirements in developing HRIS Systems is a plus
  5. Design, monitor, and measure HR metrics/KPIs to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support talent development and retention
  6. Demonstrated consultative and business partnering skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence leaders across all areas of the business and levels
  7. Excellent program/project management skills
  8. Excellent people manager and coach
  9. Collaborative, team-oriented, and has a sense of humour
