Ferkensco Management is looking for Project Control Manager
• To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple million-dollars cross functional engineering project from Client/Operation prospective.
• To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
• The management of the project cost control team including cost engineers, planners and reporting group
• Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
Advice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis). Support programme integration, governance, formats, plan optimisation, and project controls best practices
• Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
• Support the development of integrated master schedules for specific programmes in Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple subcontractors' schedules and feed changes to the ntegrated master schedule.
• Monitor and control programme compliance in respect of the project's contractual obligations
• Ensuring the Project controls team receive from Contractor's a weekly / monthly report in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
• Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated Role Description.
• Administration of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Contract from Client side to assure the contractor's compliance with their obligations under the Contracts.
• Review of all incoming correspondence from a commercial risk and contractual compliance perspective, provide advise the Project Team of the commercial aspects and drafting of appropriate responses.
• Development of Contract Management processes and procedures specific for the project.
• Reviewing and actively contributing to the Risk Registers at both the Company level as well as the contractors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Effective communication within team and with stakeholders
• An experienced user of the relevant Programme tools, techniques
• Experience in the implementation of Earned Value Management based Project Control systems, in accordance with relevant national standards
• Practical ability to utilise critical project management concepts (e.g. EVM, project planning, risk analysis, configuration management
• Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Science) is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred
• Language skills: English at least B2 level is mandatory, Russian is С2 mandatory
• A PMP Certified Project Management Associate
• Familiar with working internationally and in mixed nationality teams and contractors/subcontractors
• Ability to complement the decision-making processes based on experience, current knowledge
• Know-how and expertise in operation and process engineering in fertilizers industry
• Problem-solving skills for complex and integrated processes
• Transversal work management skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with international companies
• General knowledge of process technology in Ammonia and Urea area
