We're hiring Country HR Manager
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
A multinational global company specializing in the manufacturing of agricultural equipment and related services is looking for a result-oriented Country HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function in Uzbekistan.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all HR processes in Uzbekistan in line with global standards and local requirements.
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for key and managerial positions.
Plan and control the HR budget and office facility servicing budget.
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
Manage Compensation & Benefits processes and labor cost control.
Oversee Learning & Development initiatives and performance management processes.
Prepare regular HR reports for regional and global management.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing the HR function at country level within an international company.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with local labor legislation.
Experience in cross-functional interaction within a large international organization.
Understanding of HR development principles for back-office, sales, and production personnel.
Experience working with planning, budgeting, and reporting standards in multinational companies.
