Cheats and Tips for Google Play Store

The Google Play Store is one of the great benefits of owning an Android device, since it offers you a wide variety of applications to choose from. To get the most out of your shopping experience, we've compiled some tips and tricks from the Google Play Store to help you test apps, save money, get free google play redeem codes and more.

1. Install an application that is not available in your country

You are browsing the Play Store in search of that app that you long for the one you just read an incredible review. But nothing, you can't find it ... Has this happened to you and suddenly you discovered that it is not available in your country? Do not worry. You can get it just the same. Some applications have local restrictions or simply in another country are cheaper. To get them we have a couple of options. The first is to trick Google Play by filtering our location thanks to another IP address that gives us a VPN connection. With these three applications you can do it:

2. Control automatic updates

Sometimes new app versions remove some features that you use very often, with no time to get used to and without notice. In Google Play you can control which applications you want to be updated automatically and which not.

By default, they all update automatically. If you want to keep the version of an application and avoid subsequent updates, you must enter Google Play, search for the specific app among your applications, or simply from the search bar. Press the three dots at the top right and uncheck the ' Update automatically ' box.

3. Test games and apps before they are paid

I present the Beta section of Google Play, for many an unknown. Here you will be able to test applications and games before their final versions are published. Most will be paid later, but while its development lasts you will be able to enjoy it for free.

4. Return an application and receive your money back

Did you know that Google Play Store can refund you money for paid applications that you no longer want? The only thing you have to be is fast because you can only ask for the return of the investment up to 2 hours after acquiring an app. Enough time to discover if you are interested in the game or app you downloaded. But be careful, you can only return it once.

5. Install applications from the computer

You can search for applications on the Google Play website from any browser. If we also have logged into Google (with the same account that we have on our smartphone) we can send an order to install the application directly without having to search for it on the device.

6. Prepare your 'wish list'

Sometimes you come across applications that you would like to install, but for their price or because you do not have a WiFi connection right then you decide not to. In order not to lose sight of them, you can save them to your wish list just by tapping on the banner that is nearby to install.

7. Activate Parental Control

To activate the parental control you just have to enter the Google Play settings in the section of the same name: 'Parental controls'. By default, it is disabled. To activate it you must enter a PIN code, which, of course, the minor must not know.

In this section you can control for what age the content of applications, movies and TV is displayed. You can also restrict songs that are marked explicit by providers. You just have to touch the section and choose the age limit to show.

8. Install Google Play on an unsupported device

It is one of the most common queries, not all tablets or smartphones have Google Play and Google services pre-installed, especially if they come from China. Do not panic!

9. Fix possible errors

Or at least, be clear about what's going on. It does not always happen, but sometimes Google Play gives some errors that can be a bit strange.

Do you have a Google Play trick hidden up your sleeve? What do you think of these functions?
