From desire to action!

All right, friends, we're arriving to the final part.

Throughout the marathon, you worked on yourself, tried to be in Stillness, got to know your nature and every day chose between: to go to the program or not, to do the practice or not, to do homework or not to touch it at all…

We always have a choice, and the result of this marathon depends on seemingly minor choices. And the result of our lives is also based on our choices. We can fight something or, on the contrary, support something. Choice is essential for our growth. But there are no good or bad choices: each of them teaches us different lessons. In the previous task, you wrote out all your wishes. Today we will need only 1 column. The one in which you wrote out wishes aimed at development, usefulness, and evolution.

You will need to write out one wish from this column and add 12 points on "How can I fulfill my wish within one year". You must write out all possible ways of how you can realize it.

If you do not have a single wish in the first paragraph, congratulations! You have somewhere to grow! I suggest you to ask yourself a question: "What am I living for?”

If the goal itself becomes the meaning of our lives, it starts to cause us pain and suffering. Because many attachments and fears related to the realization of this goal start to show up. We need to learn to move towards the goal without getting dependent on the result. We need to learn to enjoy the action itself, and not its fruits!

The result is just a small bonus on our way. Happiness is the path itself, and not its final destination.
